About Us

SaiDham is an initiative of Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Society, Faridabad (Haryana) to serve the humanity through its various activities such as providing free and high quality education to over 2000 poor children with food, clothing, study material, sports, health care and excursions; free skill development to youth with placement; healthcare to the needy and facilitating social well-being like mass marriages, and women empowerment benefitting more than 20 lakhs families in 4 states across India.

We at SaiDham have always believed that lack of education amongst the underprivileged is the main ailment which is plaguing the nation and preventing the all-round development of individuals. SaiDham aims to transform the fundamental aspects involved in primary education. We have adopted a holistic approach. Our educational program developed in response to the need for moral, character and social development of the young buds make them became responsible citizens of India.

Ms. Anjali Prasad is a brand student of Shirdi Sai Baba School. She was enrolled in the year 2013 in Class V. She continued in school upto Class VIII. Due to her star performance, at our request she has been provided free education by D.C. Model Sr. Sec. School, Faridabad. She is giving her best performance there also and have made us feel proud of it . When she joined Shirdi Sai Baba School, SaiDham way back in the year 2013, her family was living in jhuggi and for their livelihood they were dependent on one cow which her father had bought by taking loan and she used to help her father in looking after the cow. School management committee persuaded her father to send her to school. Although belonging from such background. She studied hard and gave her best where ever she got the chance. She is a very good speaker, full of confidence. She has been one of gem student of our school. Because of her talent and consistency in studies, she has been supported by one of our donor Mr. RavinderThota of Canada, who has recently gifted her a new laptop. The environment provided by Shirdi Sai Baba School has played an important role in shaping her career and grooming her from a jhuggi student to a competent student who can bravely stand in today’s world.

Parminder Kumar S/o Shri Prem Lal belongs to a very poor family. My father was not able to get me the good education as he had no money to support my education. As advised by our neighbor my father got me admitted in 2004 in Shirdi Sai Baba School. Besides free education with food, clothing, study material and health care, I also got a computer education and lots of knowledge from this school. There are very good teachers who upgrade me. And thereafter Now, I am doing part time job and pursuing BCA from the recognized college.

Sonu Mandal S/o Shri Joginder Mandalstudied in Shirdi Sai Baba School from the commencement of the school in the year 2004. He belongs to a very poor family. His father was not in a position to admit him to a good school. He is lucky that his father’s friend got him admitted in Shirdi Sai Baba School where besides very good environment and amenities, quality education is absolutely free of cost. If he did not get this opportunity, perhaps he would have spoiled his life. He is very grateful to Shirdi Sai Baba School because of which he is now studying BCA from a recognized college supporting himself by doing a part-time job.

“Strii – Empowering Women” a leaf project of Nurturing Dreams led by Prerna Bhatia organized Sanitary Pad Distribution drive at Shirdi Sai Baba School, Faridabad on 11th February, 2018 to make the girls free from various bounding taboos to growth and development. Sanitary Pads were distributed to 100 girls. Guest of Honor’s at the event were Ms. Kavita Malhotra, Owner Crowning Glory and Ms. Deepika Chawla, Vice President, Fortune 500 and an inspiring lady with 25+ years of experience.

Deepika is the role model of her class. She is very hardworking and sweet. Her father is working in a company as a helper. Her mother is working as a home maid. Her parents were not able to provide education to her in a good school. One day they heard of Shirdi Sai Baba School and had words with the teacher. She was given admission in the school in the year 2014 in class KG. She is now in class 3rd. She likes the school and the facilities and is quite regular.
